Something went wrong behind the scenes

If you get the message "something went wrong behind the scenes" in CarePath, it is most likely that you need to clear your browser cache. There are multiple reasons why this can happen but most commonly it appears after a CarePath upgrade or system change. If you see this message please clear your browser cache or open your Browser in InPrivate mode (right click the icon).
