Unable to Select No Disability for 2nd and 3rd Disability in CarePath
CDS-P Business definitions states that if the client has no 2nd or 3rd disability that the field should be left blank.
"If the client has no disability, then ‘no disability’ should be entered and DISABLE2 and DISABLE3 should be left blank"
