No SMS Templates in Daisy

If you are trying to send an SMS to a client in Daisy, and Daisy is showing a message saying No Templates Available, only two things case this.

1. Clients Mobile Phone Number field does not contain an 11 digit UK mobile phone number, or it contains additional characters

and/or

2. On the client page, under Message Preference, by SMS is not set to Yes

If you cannot see the message preferences section, it's not set to YES, click EDIT so be able to change it to YES
