How to add an iiZuka case for an existing client
If you wish to add a new case for an existing iiZuka client, following these steps in iiZuka
Search for the client on the system
Display the clients' details
You should have an "Add Case" option on the left-hand menu
Enter all the case details as per a new case.
This will then create an additional case for the same client.
